Meet The Founder

Nisreen Batarseh
BSN, RN

I'm Nisreen — a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of nursing experience and over 20 years in the medical field. My background includes emergency & trauma nursing, medical aesthetics, and IV therapy.

Through my work as an emergency nurse, I cared for countless patients with complex and chronic health conditions, which opened my eyes to how many people are living with preventable illness. That experience inspired my passion for integrative and preventative medicine and strengthened my commitment to helping people protect and optimize their long-term health.

Ivory Bloom Wellness was created from that mission — to support whole-body wellness and help clients feel healthier, more confident, and truly well from the inside out through IV therapy, medical aesthetics, and wellness-focused services.

At the core of everything I do is a strong commitment to providing safe, ethical, and results-driven care, ensuring every treatment is performed with transparency, integrity, intention, and your safety as my top priority.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with family & my puppy Atlas, staying connected with friends, and continually learning and growing. Thank you for trusting me with your care and allowing me the opportunity to be a part of your wellness journey. I can't wait to meet you!

Medical Oversight

Dr. Brian Levine, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Brian Levine entered into Aesthetic Medicine in 2008, and has had extensive experience serving as Medical Director at various aesthetic centers in Southern California. He has successfully excelled in providing medical care for both pediatric and adult patients. As a double Board Certified and Fellowship trained Anesthesiologist, he has had several years of providing Anesthesia for patients of Plastic Surgeons and Cosmetic Dermatologists.

Dr. Levine has been a member of The Aesthetic Practice Association (TAPA) and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPAM). He has also served on the Board of Directors of the California Medical Aesthetic Management Association, representing the interests of a multitude of Aesthetic practices throughout Southern California. Dr. Brian Levine is dedicated to the practice of Aesthetic Medicine, as it represents an opportunity to enrich the lives of many people.
